British South Africa Company

These figures represent the volunteer army raised by Cecil Rhodes British South Africa Company to invade and take over Matabeleland in 1893. The same men were used to put down the Matabele rebellion in 1896.

This range of figures can be used for irregular troops all over the British Empire in the late 19th Century as they are just dressed in stout Victorian outdoor gear and armed with revolvers and Martini-Henry rifles.
