Colonel John Harrison TikTok

At an early age, John Harrison TikTok took to the family business of building watches, clocks, and clockwork toys.  To a great extent these were technologies lost after Madness Bombs, and the TikTok family had to reinvent them from historical tomes and a lot of trial and error.  As a result, Colonel TikTok became adept at managing minutia.  This manifested itself in attention to detail in the supply and training of his soldiers, particularly his eponymous regiment.   At the battle of Rockkamoorah Ruins, TikTok and his regiment fought a desperate rear-guard action that enabled the rest of the Munchkin army to regroup and eventually defeat the desert nomads.  TikTok is a stickler for punctuality and is never seen without his pocket watch close at hand.
