Movement Tray / Base Converter 20mmx20mm Infantry

Description

Base converter / movement tray designed to resize 20mm x 20mm infantry bases to 25mm x 25mm.

Set contains enough pieces for 77 models ( 15 x 4, 6 x 2 and 5 x  1 base trays).

I’ve been buying / painting Warhammer models since the first edition so have a large collection on 20mm square infantry bases and 25mm x 50mm cavalry bases. The new edition of Warhammer Fantasy Battle changes the base sizes for these models to 25mm square for normal infantry and 30mm x 60mm for cavalry. I did not want to rebase miniatures and I would like to be able to use the same miniatures for 1st – 6th edition as the new version, so decided to make some movement trays to resize the bases and also make it quicker and easier to move models around the table.

I glued the 3mm MDF pieces to ‘cereal box’ card as I did not want to increase the height of the miniatures bases. I then painted and flocked the trays to match the basing on my miniatures.
