Ratavian Pirates

No people are more hated and feared by their neighbors than the Ratavians. Pirates, every last one of them, the Ratavians, scour the sea from their stronghold of Coregos Island. Sailing from Ratavia, the black ships hunt for wealth, drink, and blood. Merchant ships are especially sought, but coastal towns, jungle tribes, and even unfortified villages far upriver are all suitable targets for their raids. The Ratavians swear allegiance to no one but themselves.
