BU35 – Caucasian Cossack Cavalry

Kuban or Terek Cossack – with the shoulder straps filed down could be Red Cossacks. The outer cherkeska coat was usually grey , often with a black beshmet undercoat. I’ve given this pack small kubanka fur hats (probably white lambswool).
