Description
The Women’s Royal Naval Service (WRNS; popularly and officially known as the Wrens) was the women’s branch of the United Kingdom’s Royal Navy. WRNs included cooks, clerks, wireless telegraphists, radar plotters, weapons analysts, range assessors, electricians and air mechanics.
This set can be used as part of one mega signalling team or (Annie’s favourite) signalling back and forth to each other in two groups. They can be used on boats as well as shore.
The pack consists of 5 miniatures, cast in high quality pewter, supplied unpainted. 28mm scale, single piece and fit great with all popular WW2 ranges.
These miniatures work perfectly in both historical settings but also pulp scenarios such as Operation Sea Lion.
Sculpted by Alan Marsh, shown painted by John Morris.
